Zip-Tie Tag (Quantity 10)

Zip-Tie Tag (Quantity 10)

Start onboarding See live demo Tags are set up as part of guided onboarding.

Zip-tie NFC inspection tags for forklifts, burden carriers, stock chasers and any powered industrial truck that needs a daily pre-use check. Each tag carries an NFC chip and a printed QR code, so an operator taps a phone to the tag — or scans it — and the TagRite checklist opens for that specific unit. No app install and no login for the operator.

The tag replaces the plastic hang tag. Where a hang tag records a colour and nothing else, a scan records who ran the check, when they ran it, which items passed or failed, and any photos attached. That record is what turns a daily inspection into evidence you can hand an inspector under OSHA 1910.178(q)(7).

Zip-tie or bolt-on?

Zip-tie tags suit units where you want to mount fast without drilling, or where tags may need to move between units during a fleet reshuffle. If the tag will live permanently on one machine in a high-abuse area, the bolt-on screw tag is the harder-wearing option.

What you need to use them

A TagRite account. The free plan covers 5 units, which is enough to trial the process on one aisle before rolling it out. See QR or NFC for how the two scanning methods differ, and how tap-to-inspect works for the mechanics.
