Bolt-On Screw Tag (Quantity 10)

Bolt-On Screw Tag (Quantity 10)

Start onboarding See live demo Tags are set up as part of guided onboarding.

Bolt-on NFC inspection tags for forklifts, burden carriers, stock chasers and other powered industrial trucks. Each tag carries an NFC chip and a printed QR code. An operator taps a phone to the tag — or scans it — and the TagRite checklist for that specific unit opens. No app install and no login for the operator.

These screw down permanently, which matters in a busy aisle. A hang tag can be flipped by anyone, and every change erases the one before it. A bolted NFC tag stays with the machine and the record it opens keeps the operator name, the timestamp, the failed items and the photos — the evidence OSHA 1910.178(q)(7) expects a daily check to produce.

Bolt-on or zip-tie?

Choose bolt-on when the tag belongs to one machine for the life of that machine, or when it sits somewhere it will take abuse. If you need to mount without drilling, or expect to move tags between units, the zip-tie tag is the faster option.

What you need to use them

A TagRite account. The free plan covers 5 units, enough to trial the process on one aisle before rolling it out. See QR or NFC for how the two scanning methods differ, and how tap-to-inspect works for the mechanics.
